How do I delete existing user account / unregister device?
- To delete an existing user account or unregister the device you will need to contact us on email@example.com providing your device details.
- You can find the Serial Number behind the batteries of your Thermostat.
- Make a note of the Serial Number (For this example it is STA00089065-9B) and include it in the e-mail message to our support department. (See picture below)
NOTE: For some models (RT310i) you might have to slide down the front plastic cover to remove the batteries.
