Depending on what model your current Receiver is, you might recognise up to three modes that will be common for most of them:
- Auto – Allows the receiver to work by Thermostat commands, which means that only in this particular mode is the device allowed to communicate with Thermostat.
NOTE: AUTO always sets up the device to work with the thermostat, despite the fact that the design of the receiver might vary. See photo below for reference:
- Manual – Overrides Thermostat settings, turns the heating on, until it is turned off manually.
- OFF (Depending on the receiver’s model) – Turns off the heating manually.
